1. Return Window

Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.


2. Eligible Returns

Accepted for:

  • Items damaged during transit
  • Incorrect items received
  • Major functional defects

3. Non-Eligible Returns

Not accepted for:

  • Normal wear from outdoor use
  • Dirt, scratches, or signs of field use
  • Minor variations in appearance
  • Delivery delays within stated timeframe
  • Incorrect customer input

4. Condition Requirement

Returned items must be:

  • Unused
  • Clean
  • In original condition

5. Verification

Customers may need to provide:

  • Photos
  • Videos
  • Description of issue

6. Return Authorization

Returns must be approved before shipping.


7. Refund Processing

  • 5–10 business days after approval
  • Returned to original payment method

8. Costs
